Run this in TMUX:

• Debian / Ubuntu

sudo apt install tmux neovim -y
git clone https://ipam.twl-kom.de/gitea/pg/pgr-linux-defaults.git .pgr-linux-defaults
cd .pgr-linux-defaults
sh -c 'curl -fLo "${XDG_DATA_HOME:-$HOME/.local/share}"/nvim/site/autoload/plug.vim --create-dirs https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim'
git clone https://github.com/tmux-plugins/tpm ~/.tmux/plugins/tpm
ln .tmux.conf ~/.tmux.conf
tmux source ~/.tmux.conf
ln  -s ~/.pgr-linux-defaults/nvim/ ~/.config/nvim

TMUX:

press prefix + I to install the Plugins

press prefix + U to upgrade the Plugins

NeoVIM:

:PlugInstall to install the Plugins

:PlugUpdate to update the Plugins
